Lois Stokes, a member of the Oneida Tribe of Indians, has been with the State for 22 years. A Statistician with DETR-Research & Analysis, she’s responsible for analyzing and coding data. Her sister, Loretta, works for DPS-Emergency Management. Their father proudly served in the United States Navy for many years.
